Smoked Spanish Paprika is a powder ground from the capsicum annum pepper. The peppers are roasted over hot fires to deliver a deep smokey flavor to many different dishes. Frontier® Smoked Ground Paprika is delicious on pork, shrimp and sausage dishes and perfect for pællas. Mix it with olive oil and rub between the skin and breast of a roast chicken, add to deviled eggs or egg salad, spice up hot or cold tomato soup, mix into guacamole dip. Add a little smoked paprika to vinaigrette and toss it through a salad. Our bulk smoked paprika is non-irradiated.
